CB 777 Terms and Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and CB 777, operating the platform accessible at cb777.cash ("CB 777," "we," "us," or "the Platform"). By registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or using any service or feature on CB 777, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not register an account or use any part of the CB 777 platform. Access to CB 777 is conditional on your continued compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all sections of the platform including the sportsbook, live casino, slots, crash games, and any promotional offers.

2. Eligibility

To register and use CB 777, you must meet all of the following criteria at all times:

3. Your Account

Each individual player may hold only one active account on CB 777. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same device, the same IP address, or the same household — is a breach of these Terms and will result in all associated accounts being closed and any pending balances being voided.

You are responsible for ensuring that all registration information provided to CB 777 is accurate, complete, and up to date at all times. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, contact number, and payment method details. Providing false or misleading information is grounds for immediate account closure.

• Your CB 777 account login credentials (username and password) are personal to you and must not be shared with any other person.
• You are solely responsible for all activity carried out under your account, including bets placed by any person who gains access using your credentials.
• If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact CB 777 support immediately. CB 777 is not liable for losses arising from unauthorised access where the account holder failed to protect their login details.
• Accounts that show no activity (no login, no deposit, no bet) for a period of 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant. CB 777 will attempt to contact you before any dormancy fee or closure action is taken.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on CB 777 are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). No currency conversion is applied to your balance at any point. CB 777 accepts the following payment methods: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, bank IBFT transfers, and Visa/Mastercard.

Deposits: The minimum deposit is Rs 500. Deposits are credited to your CB 777 account balance immediately upon confirmation from the payment provider. CB 777 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts — all deposits must come from a payment method registered in your own name.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for deposit wherever the payment provider permits. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500. Withdrawals are subject to identity verification. Easypaisa and JazzCash withdrawals are typically processed within 10 minutes of approval during business hours. Bank IBFT transfers may take up to one business day.

• CB 777 reserves the right to request proof of payment method ownership before processing any withdrawal.
• Bonus balances are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal is permitted. See Section 7 for full bonus terms.
• CB 777 does not charge a fee for standard withdrawals. Your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.
• Withdrawals will not be processed to accounts other than those registered in the player's own verified name.

5. Betting Rules

All bets placed on CB 777 are final and binding once confirmed by the platform. Confirmation is indicated by a bet reference number appearing in your account's bet history. Before confirming any bet, please review the selections, stake, and odds displayed in the bet slip carefully.

CB 777 reserves the right to void any bet under the following circumstances:

• The bet was placed at obviously incorrect odds due to a technical error or human pricing error ("palpable error"). CB 777 will contact affected players in such cases.
• The event on which the bet was placed is subsequently found to have been subject to match-fixing or corruption under the relevant sporting authority's ruling.
• Insufficient funds were available in your account to cover the full stake at the time the bet was placed.
• The bet was placed in contravention of these Terms, including by a suspended or ineligible account.

Abandoned and shortened events: For cricket matches including PSL fixtures, if a match is abandoned before a result can be determined (fewer than five overs per side for a T20), all pre-match bets will be voided and stakes returned. If a result is reached via DLS method, bets are settled on the official result. In-play bets voided after match abandonment are handled on a market-by-market basis.

6. Casino and Games

CB 777's casino section includes slots from third-party providers, a live dealer casino (roulette, baccarat, blackjack, and Andar Bahar), and crash games including Aviator and JetX. All casino and crash game outcomes are determined by certified random number generators or, in the case of crash games, provably fair algorithms. CB 777 does not manipulate game outcomes.

• Crash games on CB 777 use a provably fair system. The hash of each round's outcome is published before betting closes, and the full seed is revealed after each round. Players can independently verify any round using the algorithm documentation available on request.
• Live casino games are hosted by third-party studios. Their streaming quality and availability may vary. CB 777 is not responsible for technical interruptions originating with the third-party provider.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits for each game are displayed within the game interface. These limits may differ between real money play and bonus-funded play.
• If a game session is interrupted due to a platform or connection issue mid-round, CB 777 will resolve the outcome based on the game's server-side records. If no valid result can be determined, the stake will be returned to your account balance.

7. Bonuses and Promotions

CB 777 offers a range of promotional bonuses including a welcome deposit bonus, weekly cashback, and seasonal promotions tied to events like the PSL. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms, which are displayed at the point of opt-in. The following general rules apply to all CB 777 bonuses:

• Wagering requirements: Every bonus awarded by CB 777 carries a wagering requirement — a multiplier indicating how many times the bonus amount must be bet before it becomes withdrawable. The specific multiplier for each offer is stated in the promotion terms.
• Time limits: Bonus balances that have not been wagered within the stated time limit will be removed from your account automatically. No extension of time will be granted.
• Welcome bonus: The 100% first deposit match bonus up to Rs 25,000 is available to new players on their first qualifying deposit only. Minimum deposit of Rs 500 is required. The bonus and any winnings from it are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal.

10. Fraud and Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on CB 777. Engaging in any of these will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and may result in further action:

• Opening or operating multiple accounts to claim bonuses, exploit promotions, or circumvent any restriction applied to an existing account.
• Using software, bots, or automated systems to place bets, exploit game mechanics, or gain any unfair advantage over the platform or other players.
• Depositing funds obtained through fraudulent, stolen, or unauthorised payment methods.
• Collusion with other players for the purpose of defrauding CB 777 or other players in any game format.
• Attempting to manipulate the outcome of any bet or casino game through technical or non-technical means.
• Engaging in money laundering, structuring transactions to avoid detection, or using CB 777 for any financial activity unrelated to legitimate recreational betting.

11. Account Suspension and Closure

CB 777 reserves the right to suspend or close any account at its discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following situations:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Failure to provide satisfactory identity or payment verification documents within a reasonable time period.
• Account inactivity exceeding 12 consecutive months.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or money laundering.

Where an account is closed due to a player's breach of these Terms, any real-money balance may be forfeited if the breach involved fraudulent activity or the exploitation of CB 777's systems. Where a closure is initiated by CB 777 without player fault, any real-money balance (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering) will be returned to the player via their registered payment method.

12. Limitation of Liability

CB 777 provides the platform on an "as is" basis and makes no warranty regarding uninterrupted or error-free service. While CB 777 makes every effort to maintain platform availability, temporary downtime for maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our control may occur.

• CB 777 is not liable for any loss of winnings, bets, or account access arising from scheduled or unscheduled platform maintenance.

• In no circumstances will CB 777's total liability to any individual player exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the preceding 30 days.

13. Changes to These Terms

CB 777 reserves the right to update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, CB 777 will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page and, where possible, notify registered players via email or in-platform notification.

Your continued use of CB 777 following any update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the updated Terms, you must cease using the platform and contact support to close your account and arrange the return of any real-money balance.
